HR Star Conference – LA

2018 Los Angeles HR Starr Conference
March 14, 2018, HR Starr held its annual HR Conference in Los Angeles, California. This conference annually draws more than 800+ participants.
I had the honor of presenting to over 100 HR Professionals on the subject of “Creating & Building Effective Organizational Partnerships with HR”. As with all my sessions, an interactive and participative learning environment ensued allowing real time participant involvement and dialogue. A number of current real world topics were explored including, “Who is HR?”, “Who has Real Responsibility and Ownership for HR Functions”, “Sphere of Influence”, “HR’s Own Work Style Change”, “HR’s Role in Being the Driver of Change” and more.
Since 2014 I have been focusing on both the broad role that Human Resources Professionals play within their organization, regardless of size and helping those HR Professionals better understand that a key element of their individual core responsibility lies in developing, driving and maintaining solid partnerships within their organization. As individual partnerships begin to develop a natural flow occurs. The seeds of mutual respect, trust and inclusion begin developing and it is HR’s role to drive and grow each individual partnership.
On this subject, I have now have had the honor of presenting at several major Human Resource Conferences: The HR Starr Conferences 2016/17 in Los Angeles and San Francisco and the (NCHRA) HR West Conference 2017/18 in Oakland. Each of the above HR Conferences individually draws between 800 to 1,000 HR professionals.
My next HR Conference presentation will be July 11th in San Francisco at the HR Starr Conference. Have questions, facing similar challenges? Let’s connect!
