If it is determined that an employee’s bad behavior has contributed to the need for an investigation or conflict resolution, CAI offers one-on-one senior management-level coaching to update personal skills to align with current regulatory compliance requirements.
Coaching includes the following:
Work with management to identify the behavior and determine the individual’s over-all value to the company
If intervention is warranted – CAI will organize and add an intervention/correction process
Present individual with steps to realign behavior/performance with company goals
Communicate to the individual their role in determining their future with the company
